Shipping information
Order processing: Orders are prepared for dispatch from our Perth-based warehouse within 2 business days.
Shipping days: Orders are shipped every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, excluding WA public holidays, from Perth, Western Australia. Orders received before 9am AWST on these days will usually be shipped the same day.
Delivery address: Orders are sent to the delivery address provided at checkout. Please check your address carefully before placing your order. If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied, additional postage may apply if you would like the parcel resent.
Postal provider: Australian orders are shipped using Australia Post Parcel Post or Express Post.
Order tracking: All Australian orders include tracking. Tracking details are emailed once your order has been dispatched.
Discreet packaging: Orders are shipped in plain packaging, with the sender name shown as PS. International orders require a customs declaration and the contents of the parcel may be described on the outside of the package.
Postal costs and estimated delivery times
Australia
Orders of $75 or more receive free standard shipping within Australia, or you can upgrade to Express Post for $5.95.
Orders under $75 are charged a flat standard shipping fee of $8.50 per order. Express Post for orders under $75 is $12.95.
Delivery estimates apply from the date of dispatch.
Standard Parcel Post: Delivery times vary by destination.
Express Post: Express Post is faster than standard delivery, but it does not change our dispatch schedule.
Australia Post delivery estimates are guides only and delays can occur, particularly during peak periods, severe weather or transport disruptions.
International
International orders are sent using Australia Post International Standard. Postage is calculated at checkout based on parcel weight and destination.
International delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by customs processing, local postal services and other delays outside our control.

Customs duties and import taxes: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or other import charges imposed by the destination country. Unless collected at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery issues
Incorrect address: If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional postage may apply if you would like the order resent.
Incorrect items sent: Packing errors can occasionally occur. If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us with your order number and details of what you received. We may ask you to provide a photo of the packing slip and items. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent, or provide an appropriate remedy if it is no longer available.
Missing, lost or damaged orders: If your parcel is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and we will help investigate the issue with the delivery provider. If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check around your property and with household members or neighbours.
