GladRags Day Pads have a unique three part design which allows you to customize the absorbency of the pad according to your flow by choosing one or two inserts. Day Pads are equivalent to a standard-size maxi pad and best suited to moderate flow.

Use
- Place the inserts inside the holder, using more inserts for heavier days.
- Securely snap the wings of your pad around your underwear with the tag side down
- Chang the pad and inserts every 2 to 6 hours or as needed.
Care
- Separate the inserts from the pad
- Pre-soak in cold water
- Machine wash cold
- Hang dry or tumble dry on low
- Cool iron if desired
- Do not use chlorine bleach or fabric softeners
