      HOW TO USE

      Insertion

      1. Sanitize your hands and find a comfortable position.

      2. Fold the cup tightly, with one narrow end.

      3. Once the disc enters the vaginal canal, the rim of the cup will pop open and begin to create suction, forming a seal.

      Removal

Each cup features a patented petal shape to help you position your fingers properly for removal. Once you've gripped the cup, squeeze until you feel the suction release. Once deflated, it can be removed easily.
