Amazing Oils Magnesium Daily Spray
Certified organic magnesium chloride spray can assist in the prevention of muscle cramps and spasms and help maintain general well-being.
Magnesium is utilised by many of the body’s systems, including the cardiovascular system, and supports optimal cognitive function. It may also assist with headaches and migraines, menopause, fibromyalgia, nerve and back pain, eczema, stress and insomnia.
This non-oily magnesium oil spray is convenient to carry, and direct application can provide targeted relief as magnesium is absorbed through the skin. Contains only 100% pure, organically sourced magnesium oil from the salt lakes of Australia.
Use
- For PMS, aches and pains, apply directly to the affected area.
- For headaches, spray a small amount on the base of your neck.
- For insomnia, apply the spray to the lower back, back of the knees and tops of the feet 20 minutes prior to going to bed.
- For daily use, apply 4–5 sprays to the upper body in the morning to energise, then to the lower body in the evening for relaxation, especially where the skin is thin for optimal absorption. Rub in well for best results.
