The Hello Menstrual Disc is a comfortable, sustainable period-care solution designed to provide confidence all day and night. Suitable for both experienced users and those new to internal period care, it collects menstrual flow rather than absorbing it, helping prevent dryness and disruption to your natural pH.
Made from soft, premium 100% medical-grade silicone, this flat-fit menstrual disc offers hours of leak-proof protection with a generous 50ml capacityโholding up to three times the volume of a tampon or pad. Its unique double-looped retrieval tab supports easy removal and is particularly helpful for people with dexterity challenges or limited grip strength.
Why We Love It: Thoughtful usability is at the heart of this menstrual disc. The one-size-fits-most design is beginner-friendly, comfortable and easy to remove.

Cleaning & Care
Sterilise before first use. During your period, empty the disc into the toilet, rinse with cold water, wash with menstrual cup wash or mild soap, rinse thoroughly, pat dry and reinsert. In public, wiping the disc with toilet paper before reinserting is suitable when no sink is available.
At the end of each period, wash and sterilise before storing in the provided pouch. Boil in a full pot of water for at least 3 minutes, ensuring it does not boil dry. Alternatively, soak in cold water with 1/4 sterilising tablet for 15 minutes maximum. Dry completely and store away from direct sunlight. Hello Go may be applied every 24 hours as directed. Detailed cleaning instructions and a user guide are included.
