Description

The Nova Kegel Training Set makes pelvic floor exercises fun and easy with three gradually weighted kegel exercise balls. Designed for progressive training, each ball helps you build pelvic floor strength while supporting improved bladder control.

Made from 100% ultra-soft, body-safe silicone, these ben-wa style kegel balls are smooth, waterproof, easy to clean and comfortable to use. Each ball contains a built-in moving stainless steel ball that jiggles as you walk, run or swim, creating subtle vibration to stimulate pelvic floor muscle contractions. A tapered tip supports easy insertion, while the flexible retrieval cord remains outside the body for simple removal.

Wear them as part of a focused pelvic floor workout or discreetly during everyday activities such as working, walking, swimming or housework.
