Merula Menstrual Cup One Size
The Merula Cup is made in Germany from 100% medical-grade silicone and features a unique rounded shape, firm rim and flexible ladder-style stem.
Designed to suit a wide range of body types, cervix positions and menstrual flows, its compact shape sits lower in the vaginal canal and is ideal for people with a low cervix. The firm silicone rim helps the cup open easily and stay in place, while the softer, thinner body makes it comfortable to wear. Suitable for all pelvic floor strengths and beginners, the ladder-style stem is easy to grip and can be trimmed to create a custom fit. If you have a medium or high cervix, avoid trimming the stem.
With a generous 38ml capacity, the Merula Cup is suitable for heavy flow and can be worn for up to 8 hours, including overnight. For super-heavy flow, the larger version offers a 50ml capacity.
Why We Love It: The unique rounded shape, firm rim and flexible ladder stem make this high-capacity menstrual cup easy to insert, comfortable to wear and simple to remove. It is a one-size-fits-most period cup suitable for a low cervix and a wide range of pelvic floor strengths.
