First Period Starter Pack
Whether you’re buying for yourself or supporting a young person through their first period, this bundle supports your period care journey.
Particularly useful for managing period at school, work or on the go, it includes a menstrual cup, a menstrual cup microwave steriliser, reusable organic cotton pads, sample sachets and a wet bag to store all your period care goodies in. An educational booklet on Puberty by WA Health is also included to help young people understand the changes that happen during puberty.

We recommend adding a spare pair of knickers to your kit as well as a zip-lock bag for used underwear or cloth pads.
A snack and a short note with supportive words is great to include in the bag and it can easily accommodate additional period care items, such as tampons or period undies, should you wish to include these.
Orders are dispatched from Perth, Western Australia every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, excluding WA public holidays. Orders received before 9am AWST on a dispatch day are usually sent that day.
