Use
- Securely snap the wings of your pad around your underwear with the tag side down
- Change the pad and inserts every 2 to 6 hours or as needed.
Care
- Separate the inserts from the pad
- Pre-soak in cold water
- Machine wash cold
- Hang dry or tumble dry on low
- Cool iron if desired
- Do not use chlorine bleach or fabric softeners
