Shipping & Delivery

Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.

Shipping Days: Orders are shipped weekly on Monday, Wednesday and Friday with the exception of public holidays.

Order Addresses: Orders are sent to the delivery address submitted with your order. Please ensure this address is correct or shipping charges for the return of the parcel and resending the parcel will be charged to you.

Postal Provider: All orders are shipped using Australia Post.

Order Tracking: All orders are assigned a tracking ID. Your parcel can be tracked to the point of delivery in Australia. In some International countries, it may not be possible to track your parcel past the point of exit from Australia as the postal provider in your country may not provide this as a service.

Australian Orders

  • Shipping Costs: Orders over $50 are shipped free of charge within Australia. Orders under $50 cost $5 regardless of parcel size or weight.
  • Shipping Times: Most orders are delivered within 2-7 working days of being shipped however this can take longer. Please allow up to 10 working days to receive an order.
  • Safe drop: Australia Post may safe drop your parcel if you are not home. If you do not wish for this to happen, please note ‘Signature required’ in your order comments.

International Orders

  • Tax: International orders are not subject to sales tax.
  • Countries: We ship to all Countries except countries in Africa or South America.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for International orders are calculated at checkout. Please use the ‘Shipping rates Calculator’ section on the Cart page to calculate the postage costs for your destination.   
  • Shipping Times: Please use the Australia Post calculator to estimate delivery times, shipping from Subiaco, Western Australia (WA), to your country.
  • Other Charges: You may be required to pay duties, taxes or other customs charges on your order when received in your country. We are not responsible for those fees and these will be payable by you. 

Missing, damaged or incorrect orders: Please report missing parcels, damaged or incorrectly filled orders to periodshop@gmail.com within 30 days. Please quote your order number with your email. 

Liability: We do not accept liability for loss or damage as a result of late delivery or for loss or damage arising from items that may have been lost, stolen, damaged after goods have been delivered. Please check the returns page for additional information.
