    Orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days.

    We dispatch from Perth

    Orders ship every Tuesday and Friday, excluding WA public holidays. Orders received before 9am AWST on these days ship the same day.

    Every order is assigned a tracking ID so you can follow delivery progress.

    Australian orders are sent in plain packaging through Australia Post Parcel Post.

Check your delivery address

Orders are sent to the address submitted with your order. If a parcel is returned because an incorrect address was supplied, return and re-shipping charges will apply.

Missing, lost or damaged parcels

Period Shop does not accept liability for loss or damage caused by late delivery or for parcels lost, stolen or damaged after delivery.

Incorrect items received

If you receive an incorrect item, contact us with your order number and a list of what arrived. We may request a photo and will arrange a return and replacement or refund where required.
