Exchanges & Refunds
Please choose personal care and intimate products carefully as sales on these items are final.
For hygiene reasons, no refunds, exchanges or returns are permitted on sanitary products (tampons, menstrual cups and discs, sponges, pads, period underwear, sterilisers), pelvic floor exercises and weights or sex toys.
Returns, refunds or exchanges are not permitted if; a purchasing error has been made, you have changed your mind, you purchased the wrong size or do not like the design features of the product.
The health of our customers is a priority a returns will not be permitted regardless of the claim the product may not have been used or is still in the original packaging.
Faulty Goods
You are eligible for a replacement (or refund if a like product is not available) if the item you received has a manufacturing fault or defect.
All replacements must be pre-approved prior to returning the goods.
Please notify us within 7 days of receipt of your goods by emailing periodshop@gmail.com along with a photo of the manufacture fault and your order number.
If approved, we will supply you may be asked to return the faulty product to us or the original manufacturer or show photographic evidence of having destroyed it.
If a replacement is not available you will be offered another product of equal or greater value or you may receive a refund.
Please allow up to 7 working days for the exchange to be processed once we receive it.
