I'm Brenda Tootell, founder of Period Shop and one of Australia's longest-standing advocates for reusable period care. I've worked in menstrual and pelvic health for more than 15 years and launched Australia's first Australian-made menstrual cup.

Over the years, I've learned that choosing the right period or pelvic health product isn't always straightforward. Bodies are wonderfully diverse, life stages change our needs, and too many people are left trying to navigate confusing advice or limited product choices on their own.

That's why I created Period Shop.
