Use

1. Securely snap the wings of your pad around your underwear with the tag side down
   
2. Change the pad and inserts every 2 to 6 hours or as needed.

• Separate the inserts from the pad
• Pre-soak in cold water
• Machine wash cold
• Hang dry or tumble dry on low
• Cool iron if desired
• Do not use chlorine bleach or fabric softeners
