After giving birth, you will experience bleeding for six to eight weeks regardless of whether you had a C-section or a vaginal delivery. However, this is not the same as menstruation. The process is called lochia.

Reusable pads or organic cotton disposable pads are gentle on your body and a good post-delivery option. It may feel frustrating not to have your trusted period care option due to physiological changes but it's important to listen to your body.
