Please choose personal care and intimate products carefully, as sales on these items are final.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on personal care and intimate products, including menstrual cups, menstrual discs and pelvic floor trainers
Returns or exchanges are not permitted if; a purchasing error has been made, you have changed your mind, you purchased the wrong size or you do not like the design features of the product.
Because our customers' health and wellbeing are our top priority, we cannot accept returns, even if the product is unused or remains in its original packaging.
Faulty Goods
You are eligible for a replacement (or refund if a like product is not available) if the item you received has a manufacturing fault or defect.
All replacements must be pre-approved before returning the item. To do this;
- Please notify us within 7 days of receipt of your goods by emailing periodshop@gmail.com along with a photo of the fault and your order number.
- Once we have assessed the photo, we will email you a reply-paid label for the return of the product. The product may be returned to us (Design It Australia Pty Ltd, 40 Mayfair St, Mt Claremont, WA 6010) or you may be asked to return the product to the original product manufacturer or distributor of the product for assessment.
- Once the product has been received, it will be assessed within 14 business days* and if deemed to be faulty, you will be eligible for a replacement.
In the event a replacement is not available, you will be offered a refund or may choose a similar replacement product.
* If your product is returned to a distributor or manufacturer, the time frame for assessing the product may exceed 14 days.
