The Nova Kegel Training Set by Svakom makes pelvic floor exercises fun and easy with gradually weighted kegel exercise balls.
Made from 100% silicone, these ben-wa style kegel balls are body-safe, easy to clean and come in 3 graduated weights, allowing you to gradually increase your pelvic floor strength.
The Nova ball set is made of silicone which is 100% waterproof. Inside of every Svakom Nova ball, there’s a built-in moving metal ball. As you walk, run or swim, the metal ball jiggles and the subtle vibration stimulates pelvic floor contractions. They have a flexible retrieval cord which remains outside of the body for easy removal.
They can be worn as part of a full pelvic floor workout routine or discreetly worn while doing other activities such as working or walking.

Use
Every set of Svakom Nova Balls has three different balls with different sizes and weights, which can be applied to different types of scientific training courses. The exercise intensity increases gradually in different ways and uses different balls, be sure to follow these the instructions.
Phase One: For the first time use, in order to help your body adapt to the ball. Please use the 49g single ball, 30 minutes each day, for about 30 days.
Phase Two: After your body has adjusted to the single ball, you can use the 75g double ball to increase the exercise intensity, exercise for 30 minutes each day, for about 30 days.
Phase Three: During this phase, your body can easily control the double ball, so to step up the training intensity, you can use the 95g double ball, 30 minutes each day, for about 30 days.
Tips
- Can be used while walking, running, swimming, dancing or doing housework, instead of sitting or lying still. Movements will make the ball inside the Nova move and stimulate vaginal muscles.
- Do not use the ball during pregnancy or during your period.
- Do not use the ball within 30 days after an abortion surgery or within 3 months after giving birth.
- Discontinue use and consult a doctor you feel unwell during or after use.
- If you have serious Vaginitis, Vulvitis or PID, do not use the Nova balls.
