Pelvi MEDIballs Kegel Balls are a simple yet effective way to strengthen your pelvic floor and reignite your pelvic health. MEDIballs are a TGA approved medical device and may assist with:

How do MEDIballs Kegel balls work?

As they are inserted into the vagina and can't be seen outside the body, they are discreet and undetectable while in use.
The weight inside the MEDIballs is activated by subtle muscle movements within the vagina as you go about your day - there are no tricky exercises required. You can also use MEDIballs Kegel balls in conjunction with other pelvic floor exercises.
By activating your pelvic floor, MEDIballs also help to encourage increased blood flow to the pelvic area and increases vaginal elasticity and strength.
How to use MEDIballs
It is recommended to begin your pelvic floor training using the single MEDIball (45g) first, before progressing to using the double MEDIball (90g) after 2-3 months, or when you feel you are ready. A good indication of whether to progress to the double MEDIballs is if you can hold the single MEDIball in your vagina for at least 10-30 minutes a few times a week.
Start with cleaning your MEDIballs thoroughly in warm water with a mild, fragrance-free and pH balanced soap (we recommend using a menstrual cup wash).
Then, insert your MEDIballs into the vagina with the removal loop positioned downwards. Insert until the loop is inside your body. You should wear your MEDIballs for 10 minutes before removing, cleaning and placing inside their storage case (sold separately) ready for the next use.
When will I see results?
It is recommended to wear your MEDIballs for 10 minutes each day to start seeing results within approximately 3 weeks. The time frame to notice results will differ from person to person, depending on your pelvic floor strength or if you have any specific medical conditions.
