Satisfyer Strengthening Balls are rounded balls designed to help strengthen the pelvic floor muscles with as little as 15 minutes of use a day. The Ben Wa style balls can be used to train the pelvic floor after giving birth.

This pack contains three varying-weighted balls with a flexible retrieval tail for easy removal; start with using the lightest ball and gradually move to the medium and heavier ball as pelvic floor tone improves.

Satisfyer Kegel Balls are made of hygienic body-friendly silicone outer and carbon steel inner and can be easily cleaned with mild soap and warm water. As they feature only a single ball they are ideal for people with a lower cervix or shorter vaginal canal.

Inspect the Sponge: Soak the dry sponge in warm water to expand it fully.
Inspect: Carefully inspect the sponge for any marine debris like sand or coral fragments. Remove debris with tweezers or scissors if needed.
Sanitise the Sponge: Boil the sponge gently in water with 1 tablespoon of bicarbonate of soda for about 2 minutes. Avoid boiling longer to prevent hardening or shrinking. Let it air dry on a clean surface.
