- Folio Menstrual Cup: An ultra-soft, rounded cup with a loop-style stem and grip lines to assist with removal.

Cup or disc: what is the difference?
A menstrual cup sits in the vaginal canal and opens to create a gentle suction seal. A menstrual disc sits higher, below the cervix, with its front rim tucked behind the pubic bone. Discs do not rely on suction to stay in place. This bundle provides you with the flexibility to try both or switch between the two;
- Choose the cup when you prefer a secure suction seal or a product suited to exercise, swimming and overnight wear.
- Choose the disc when you prefer a flat-fit design, want to avoid suction or want an internal product that can be worn during intimacy.
