How to Use

1. Wash your hands before and after handling the disc.
2. Face the bowl of the disc downward.
3. Sit on the toilet and relax.
4. Pinch the disc in half to make an elongated shape.
5. Insert it lengthwise into the vaginal canal, angling it back and down.
6. Use your middle finger to push it as far back as it will comfortably go, typically the length of your middle finger.
7. Tuck the rim behind the pubic bone to secure it in place. If it is correctly in place, you should not be able to feel the disc.
8. After use, hook your finger under the rim and gently remove.
9. Dispose of the disc in the provided bag—do not flush.

Warnings

• Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS): TSS is a rare but serious condition associated with internal period products. Always follow instructions for use and do not exceed the recommended wear time of 8 hours. Do not reuse the disc.
• Using with an intrauterine device IUD: While uncommon, there is a potential risk of dislodging, displacing, or removing an IUD when pulling on the IUD string during disc removal. If you have an IUD, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider before using menstrual discs.
